My Background

I am a nutritional therapist based in Brighton - I studied at the Clinic of Naturopathic Nutrition In London where I completed a 3 year diploma. As well as offering 121 consultations with individuals and families I also offer a 3 week fussy eating program and deliver workshops aimed at getting under 5’s more comfortable with food.

My journey to discovering nutritional therapy started with working as a kitchen porter/sous chef in the French alps which got me involved with menus, food prep and built my confidence. I then worked for a homeless charity called Centrepoint as a healthy living advisor, this is were I first started studying nutrition and completed a few short courses.

I want to make nutrition accessible to everyone, please feel free to contact me if you want to discuss costs.

— EAT A RAINBOW

I had a case load of young people and spent my time steering them away from eating chicken and chips, working with clients who have small or no budget really allowed me to showcase food as the best medicine. I was always astounded at how such small changes could make such big differences, I enjoyed teaching back to basics cooking, delivering workshops and working with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

I left Centrepoint after giving birth to twins in 2013, moved to Brighton in 2015 and had a third baby while I set up my own private practice.

“I would highly recommend Gabrielle as a nutritional therapist. In one session she managed to diagnose and get to the bottom of my problem that numerous visits to the doctor over many years couldn’t detect.
Before our sessions I often felt tired and groggy however after the initial session the on going nutritional advice and extensive information she provided has meant that I now have invaluable increased energy and I generally feel much better every day.”
